Overview

Chiya Pasal Labs Pvt. Ltd. operates Chiya Pasal. Chiya Pasal creates user-requested audio summaries from public X discussions. This policy explains the information we process and your available choices.

Information we process

• Public X Posts, Post identifiers, conversation identifiers, timestamps, names, and usernames.
• The requester's public account identifier, username, command, and requested time.
• Generated scripts, audio files, source links, schedules, and processing status.
• A random browser presence identifier and its last activity time.
• Basic request and security logs supplied by our hosting providers.

We do not request Direct Messages, protected Posts, contacts, or precise location data.

How we use information

We use this information to detect requests, prevent duplicates, prepare programs, publish audio, send confirmation replies, secure the service, and fix failures.

Service providers

X supplies public discussion data. OpenAI processes selected text for summary and speech generation. Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and audio files.

YouTube can process technical information when its player loads. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Storage and removal

We process raw Post text temporarily during production. We retain source identifiers, generated programs, and operational records while the episode remains available.

Browser presence records expire after 24 hours. We remove affected content after a valid request from X or the applicable account owner.

Your choices

Do not mention the bot with a play command if you do not want to request processing. You can request removal or opt out by contacting @chiyapasalapp on X.

Security and children

We use access controls and restricted credentials to protect stored information. Chiya Pasal does not target children under 13.
